Many students enjoy beginning their yogic studies in the ancient tradition; one-on-one. Following suit of the sages; a teacher prepares a specific practice designed while keeping their student in mind. Very often a practice is taught to the student so they can continue with it as part of their home practice or to deepen their group practice, taking it to the next level. Also a great way to get started in yoga by beginning with the basics one-on-one.

..IN-CLASS PRIVATE
An In-class private is an exceptional way to quickly and easily correct any major mis-alignments while feeling fully supported by your teacher’s hands-on-guidance. During a regular group class an additional teacher remains with you the entire class, spotting and adjusting you while you practice. An experience that changes your practice with incredible accurateness.
Gift Certificates are good for one year of purchase date, and are available in any dollar amount, and can be used for classes, private, semi-private, in-class private instruction or in the boutique.
